After sales-service
Installation Service:We will provide English training videos and user manuals for machine installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as technical guidance via e-mail, phone or wechat when you encounter installation, use or adjustment problems.
If necessary, we can send technicians to customer’s factory for installation and pre-running of the machine. (Customers need to pay the relevant fees)
Training Service:Professional guidance and training to ensure the normal operation. Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.

Q: How to choose the right machine?

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer.
Q: What’s the delivery time?
It usually takes thirty working days, as each piece of equipment is custom-made to the customer’s specifications.
Q: How do you guarantee machine quality?
Our factory was established in 2013, though we had already been deeply involved in the machinery industry prior to that. Our brand is well-known within China and we export to numerous countries. Our products span a wide range of sectors and our manufacturing technology is highly advanced. All products undergo rigorous inspection before leaving the factory, and are only released once their quality has been verified.
Q: Can we visit your factory?
We would be delighted to welcome you on a tour of our factory.
Q: Is it possible to send in materials for testing?
We will design the machine according to your specifications. Once the machine has been manufactured, we will test it using your materials; provided there are no quality issues, we will arrange for dispatch.
Q: What does the warranty and after-sales service cover?
Warranty Period and Related Notes
Punching Machine:
1. The entire machine is covered by a one-year warranty, commencing from the date of successful installation, commissioning and acceptance (or deemed to be of satisfactory quality). The warranty shall not apply to damage caused by the Client’s electrical supply, natural causes or human error; dies are consumables and are not covered by the warranty.
2. The Client shall assign a qualified electrician and a toolmaker to be responsible for the daily maintenance of the machine. As the hydraulic punch press generates vibrations during operation, which may cause screws to loosen, the Client shall check the tightness of all screws on the machine and in the electrical cabinet at the end of each shift.
Laser Machines:
The quality warranty period for the Supplier’s equipment is one year from the date of delivery to the Customer. The laser unit is warranted for one year in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty scope and standards. However, consumable and wear-and-tear parts are excluded from the warranty during the warranty period (e.g. nozzles, lenses, ceramic rings, and other consumable and wear-and-tear parts).
Q: How do I choose the right model? Can I customise the colour or specifications?
Please let us know your requirements and we will draw up a proposal for you, advising which machine is best suited to your needs. We will customise the machine design to meet your specifications. The colour can also be customised to your preference.
